――Is there anyone you admire?

My father. I feel like I've learned from the environment where I was born, so if I were to talk about a person, I'd say my father.

――Where do you make your work?

I moved back to Gunma from Tokyo in September.

During the lockdown in Tokyo, I was very sensitive to many things, and I was very worried about how to live my life from now on. I decided to return to Gunma because in the long run, I wanted to be in an environment rich in nature where I could concentrate on my work and where I feel home the most.

――Do you play background music while you work?

I listen to a lot of radio. When I'm not listening to the radio, I listen to Apple Music on shuffle. I listen to western music, instrumental music, house, techno, and so on.

――How many works have you made so far?

I haven't counted the photos properly, but I think I have roughly 5,000 to 10,000. I don't know where to start and where to go from there. And I have two frames for my work.

――How much do you want to make in the future?

I want to make as much as I can. I'd like to make frames on order, and if people order, I'll make them. But I'd like to make about 10 frames a month.

――What do you think your strength is?

Free spirited. I can do it at my own pace.

――What are the strengths of your work?

It's a place where I want to make products with the global environment and sustainability in mind. I want to make things that connect things, people and the earth.

――What do you wish for your work?

When I sell something, I hope that the relationship between the object and the person, or the story, will change to a joyful one. If it becomes an opportunity to be happy.

――Who do you want to send your message to?

Anybody. People who live on the earth. People. (laughs)

――Tell us about your next goal.

Creating my own website. Like online shopping so that you can buy from anywhere.

I want to come up with a consistent method of PR as well.
